Set up a standing order
Committing to a regular gift is really the best way to help the Hospice plan for the future. Download and complete a standing order form and return it to the Hospice. We will forward your instruction to the bank. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your standing order to start.

Donate online
This is a secure online donation facility. You can donate any time of day or night.

Send a cheque
Cheques should be made payable to Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice and send with your donation form to Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice, Waverley Lane, Farnham, Surrey GU9 8BL.

Donate through your payroll
This is a real winner – the taxman tops up your donation for the first six months and, what’s more, it’s taken from your pre-tax salary, so it costs you less to donate more.

Donate at one of our shops
Bring cash or a cheque to one of our ten shops and they will transfer it to the Hospice. You’ll find our shops in Farnham, Fleet, Camberley, Aldershot, Farnborough, Ash, Guildford, Godalming, Wey Hill and Beacon Hill.
